Our TAP System employs a number of valuation techniques that consider Trade Area Population, Population Density, and a number of other factors that directly affect an area and its potential for stabilization and growth. We utilize formulas and algorithms that account for traffic, density, demographics, etc. which ultimately determine the likelihood of that property gaining value.
